I have found that on a cold winter night, making a pasta bar with your man is very fun and comforting. There is no particular recipe to this meal and it’s quick, fast, and satisfying. Pick pasta of your choice and cook it until its al dente. Next pick your favorite vegetables or anything else you want in your pasta. Grab a skillet and dab with some olive oil. Next start tossing your vegetables and cooked protein in the pan. (I used spinach, shrimps, mushrooms, and kalamata olives). Toss in some of the cooked pasta and top with your favorite sauce. If you have a little time, you can cook your pasta sauce from scratch (which I enjoy doing) instead of using a ready-made sauce. I’m sure this quick easy meal will be enjoyed by you and your man.
